Long Run Report: Eastside to Jericho

Running Room 24kThe final ‘long run’ of my BMO Vancouver Marathon training cycle. I ran the first 16 at heart rat Zone 2, with the last 8k at slightly faster than my goal race pace (about 5:15/km).

I felt good overall…. bring on the marathon!
