Long Run Report: Deep Cove 32K

Deep Cove 32k The final ‘long run’ of the BMO Vancouver Marathon training cycle was out to Deep Cove. This was a hard one… especially after last week’s hilly half marathon.   There were lots of hills in the second half, and the temperature reaching 15 degrees by the end.  But I enjoyed the feeling of accomplishment when we reached our destination, as well as the Honey Doughnuts and the post race beer/brunch with my clinic mates. 😉 Now the taper begins.
