  1. I would have to say I am a combination of most of those runners! I prefer an early morning run (get’s it out of the way) and some day’s it is my therapy. I always feel better when I am finished and some days I run like people are chasing me 🙂 I have not pulled a Will Farrell and heading out in nothing but my shoes.
